The 55EM9600 is the model number of the world largest OLED-Television device of LG-Electronics/LG-Display.
The 55 inch OLED-Tv will be introduced at the CES-2012 in Las Vegas.
LG USA inform us about some more details some things we already posted for a few days. The 55EM9600 has a FULL HD 1080P resolution and features a Triple XD engine to drive the picture with Dynamic Color Enhancer, a Contrast Optimizer and a Resolution Upscaler. The OLED-Tv can also show 3D and 2D content, and the device has a converting system to convert content from 2D to 3D. The refresh rate is less than 0.1 microseconds which enables rapid movements and motion with more realistic clarity. The panel depth is only 4 mm and the panel can be mounted on a wall with no space between the panel and wall.
