AU Optronics or AUO plans to start the mass production of small- to medium size AMOLED panels in the second quarter of 2011.

Auo want to transform its 4G line for touch panels also to produce OLED panels.AUO showcased at the FPD-International a 14 inch FULL HD AMOLED 3D-TV and new OLED lighting devices
