Bayer MaterialScience AG, a unit of Bayer AG, signed a technology and patent license agreement with Add-Vision Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Scotts Valley, California, the company said Monday.
The agreement grants Bayer MaterialScience and its affiliates certain rights to manufacture and sell flexible polymer organic light-emitting diode displays using Add-Vision’s technology and intellectual property (IP) portfolio. Many new products can be produced via P-OLED lighting technology like active packaging and labels, gift-cards, electronic toys and games and many more.
