Organic Light-Emitting Diodes Book Basics, Processes, and Optimizations
Organic electronic and photonic devices have attracted great attention in recent years due to their unique properties. From electronic point of view, organic materials show capability similar to their inorganic counterpart of transporting charges, producing light and even magnetism. Mechanically, organic is a soft material which can be processed at low temperature. This book focuses on the photonic side of the technology; the organic light-emitting diode (OLED). The book starts with introduction of OLED history, physics of organic semiconductor and the various types of materials, fabrication and characterizations of OLED.
