At the japanese website ameblo.jp their are the first pictures of the Galaxy Nexus SC-04D. Ntt Docomo also confirmed the launch of this smartphone with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and with a 4.7 inch Super-Amoled-HD Display (1280x720Pixel) for December 2011. Google want to introduce the Nexus Prime with Android 4.0 Icecream and Super-Amoled-HD in October. This smartphone is designed and will be produced from Samsung. The 4.5 inch Super-Amoled-HD features 1280×720 pixels with Pentile technology. Yesterday we learned that Samsung Mobile Display want to introduce a Super-Amoled-Hd-Plus Display with RGB matrix in the next few month. Without Pentile technology there are 12 Subpixel for more sharpness and better contrast ratio. The Nexus prime is powered by a 1,5 Ghz dual core processor.

A few days ago the rumours started about the Nexus S successor the „Nexus Prime“ with an 720p Super-Amoled-Plus-HD display.

There are rumors that Google and Samsung want to introduce a new smartphone with a new AMOLED Display version. The display will have a 720p resolution Super-Amoled-Plus display. BGR thinks that it is only a Super-Amoled display but we think its a Super-Amoled-Plus with out the pentile matrix. The name of the smartphone will be “Nexus-Prime” The Nexus-Prime features a OMAP4460 processor and the new Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 OS.

Vodafone Germany informed us that the Google Nexus-S features NO Super-Amoled. The Google-Nexus-S will be introduced with Super-clear LCD unbranded in Germany.
Vodafone confirmed also the white Google Nexus-S.
