Apple plans to launch their tablet PC in the second half of 2010. Apple plans to launch a model with an 9.7 inch AMOLED Panel from LG Display, according to sources from component makers.

Apple want to introduce two models one with an 10.6 inch LCD TFT panel and a tablet with an 9.7 inch OLED Panel.
