The DSE (Doosan Corporation Electro-Matreials), a Korean industrial giant is now expanding its business to include development and early commercialization of OLED lighting technology together with KITECH (Korean Institute of Industrial Technology).
December 20, 2009, one of Korea's leading makers of core materials for production of electronic commodities, announced its recent progress of signing a memorandum of agreement with KITECH for the development of OLED lighting through the use of phosphorescent material. KITECH will develop this high-quality material that can make OLED lighting last longer through the use of Doosan’s products.
Through this memorandum of agreement, these two gigantic leaders will not only help each other but also Korea’s booming industry to conceptualize and implement strategies for convenient mass production and affordability of high quality OLED lighting technology in Korea.
