

OLED-Display.net got the first picture of the Galaxy-Tab with the brand new 7 inch Super-Amoled. showcased at the FPD-International event.
The panel has a WSVGA 1024×600 Pixel 169 ppi with 16.7 M colors,250 cd/m² free viewing angels and >100% NTSC color space.
Samsung Mobile Display plans to sell this panel in 2011. For our surprise it looks like Samsung show the new panel with the next generation Galaxy-Tab.

Update: It can be possible that this prototype is only a AMOLED and not Super-Amoled but SMD plans to introduce Super-Amoled for the 7 inch panel size.

For the smartphone market Samsung Mobile Display introduce a new 4.5 inch AMOLED Panel with WSVGA resolution.
It looks stunning. SMD show also a 4.5 inch flexible AMOLED and a 19 inch OLED-Tv. To produce the 19 inch AMOLED-TV SMD use a new ink jet printing technology.
