At the japanese website ameblo.jp their are the first pictures of the Galaxy Nexus SC-04D. Ntt Docomo also confirmed the launch of this smartphone with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and with a 4.7 inch Super-Amoled-HD Display (1280x720Pixel) for December 2011.
The Nexus Prime features also a TI OMAP4460 1.2 Ghz dual core processor, 1,3MP front facing camera, 14.4 Mbps, HSDPA, dual band Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS.
