Google announced the Google Nexus One with an 3.7 inch AMOLED Display. The OLED Display does have a WVGA resolution 800×480 pixels and 100.000:1 typical contrast ratio.
At the moment Google ships only to US, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The unlocked phone costs 529 Dollar.
