Google Nexus One phone with 3.7-inch AMOLED


For a few days we are reporting that Google want to introduce their own branded mobile phone with AMOLED technology.

In an Google Blog Google staff confirmed they have become a new Android 2.1 powered mobile phone with the name GOOGLE NEXUS ONE PHONE.The Nexus One phone is unlocked and carrier free. It’ll be sold online starting in early 2010 for an unknown price. Nexus One is purported to have a 3.7-inch super high-resolution OLED touchscreen, 854 x 480 Pixel resolution thinner than the iPhone, lacking a physical keyboard, two mics and powered by Snapdragon processor.

That screen is damn good
Even though the screen is the same size and same resolution as the Droid, it’s noticeably better. The colors are much more vibrant and the blacks are blacker, as evidenced by putting both side by side and hitting up various websites and loading various games.

Update:Google will sell it unlocked and unsubsidized for $530, and that Google will sell it by themselves.
