The other models from HTC use Super-LCD-2. The One S features Android 4.0 with the new UI HTC Sense 4. The processor is a 1,5 Ghz Qualcomm S3, 16 GB internal memory, HSPA+, WLAN b/g/n A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI and a new Soundprofil Beats Audio. The camera has 8MP with Full HD video recording. By the way the ONE s is only 7.9 mm thick.
