Kateevas goal is to make large-scale printing equipment that make high-performance OLED televisions more affordable.
With this large area OLED printer Kateeva says that the display manufacturer can produce large OLED Displays for 60 percent of the cost of LCD Panels.
The first prototype machine can print displays over an area of 1.8 by 1.5 meters.This prorotyp will be tested from the leading display manufacturer in 2011.
