Kodak announced end of 2009 that they sell their OLED business unit to LG Display.
Now the OLED developers from Kodak launching a new company named Technocorp-energy to to continue its work in solid-state lighting.The company will be headquartered in Rochester, New York, where Kodak is also based. LG Displays focus is on Displays so it is possible that Technocorp Energy make some agreement with LG to continue the work on OLED lighting applications.
