Samsung Mobile Display want to start the mass production of flexible AMOLEDs in Q2 2012. LG Display also want to install a 3.5G (730 × 460 ㎜) mass production line in Paju.Back in 2010 LG-Display and Universal Display showcased a OLED wristwatch for the US Army.
The 4-inch (81.6 x 61.0mm) display, featuring QVGA (320 x RGB x 240 pixels) and a resolution of 100ppi, is capable of showing 1.67 million colors.
