LG Display will release 40-inch OLED Panel in 2012

At FPD-International in Japan LG Display published their OLED roadmap for the next years. Won Kim LG Displays OLED sales and marketing VP says that LG Display want to introduce after the 15 inch panel to produce a 20 inch in 2010 a 30 inch and larger in 2011. The 40 inch OLED Television panels are coming in 2012.
In 2012 the 40 inch OLED Televisions are note cheaper then LCD technology, but in 2016 OLED panels will cost less than LCD panels thanks to new manufacturing processes.
At the FPD International LG Display are showing the 15 inch panel which they are already showing at IFA-2009.
