Damian Dinning from Nokia says in an interview with allaboutsymbian.com that the new Nokia N8 does have a improved AMOLED Display. Nokia choose AMOLED for the N8 because OLED does have richer colours and better viewing angels which is an important factor. Also the performance in the direct sunlight is much better than the older versions.
He don´t know how it compares to Samsungs Super Amoled.
