@OLEDTV
In this article you will see the differents between OLED-TV and LCD-Tft technology.
We got the chance to test the world largest available OLED Television from LG-Display. The 15 inch 15EL9500 has a contrast ratio from 10.000.000:1 and a HD Ready resolution. A contrast ratio of 10.000.000 sounds well but how looks this in comparison with LCD-TFT technology!? We show you the differents in contrast ratio, colours, video quality etc. And i promise you the different is amazing. Check out our pictures and videos!
Instead of the traditional LED backlight OLED is self illuminating, allowing for a much thinner design resulting in a stunning looking ultra thin design. This absence of a backlight also results in much deeper blacks against stronger colours as well as a response time of 0.1msec making it ideal for viewing fast action films and sports.
A lot is made about the thinness of OLED technology, offering a second to none super slim design. But what really impressed me was the picture quality. The vibrancy of the colours was better than literally any other TV or monitor I had seen before.

I’m watching these OLED images on CRT and those OLED images are really over-saturated and unnatural. I want OLED with CRT accuracy of SRGB. LCDs can’t match CRT’s SRGB tones even after calibration but I’m hoping OLED will.
