Adding a new category to its TV business, Sony of
Canada Ltd. announced today it will launch the XEL-1, an 11-inch Organic
Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) television. OLED is a light-emitting display

The XEL-1 is an 11 inch display that is only 3mm thin. The measurements of the XEL-1 are 287×253×140mm.

Howard Stringer just announced plans to launch their 3-mm OLED TV into the US market.
