Philips announced their plans to renovate their online store specifically created to cater to OLED lighting demands.
Dietrich Bertram, head of Philip’s OLED operations in Aachen says: ‘All feedback has been good. No complaints. And no one has said there is no place for OLED lighting, when comparing with LED lamps for instance. But someone did say the price was too expensive.’
Lumiblade.com‘s changes aims to offer OLED lamps in more varieties with lower price tags. White rectangular OLED panels will be more prominent along with other improvements this February. Consumers can expect more efficient OLED lighting kits for more affordable prices.
