Samsung unveiled the new Galaxy S3 with a 4.8 inch HD Super-AMOLED Display with perfect color with ultrafast response time. The Galaxy S3 has a Pentile Matrix NO true RGB Pixel. The reason is clear Samsung Mobile Display can not produce high resolution AMOLED Display without Pentile at the moment. In a few month Samsung Mobile Display can use a new production method called LITI. At the 5.5G A2 P3 line SMD want to use the LITI Laser-induced thermal imaging process which suggest higher resolution true RGP AMOLEDs. The Galaxy S3 Panel is produced with Fine-Metal-Mask (FMM).

With LITI process Samsung can achieve AMOLEDs with 300ppi
