Samsung introduce a Tablet Pc with a 7 inch AMOLED Display

It looks like Samsung want to introduce a Galaxy Tab with 7 inch with a AMOLED Display.
Samsung Mobile Display start the production of a 7 inch AMOLED with a WSVGA resolution (600×1024 pixel) for a Tablet-Pc device. It is possible that Samsung Mobile Display sell this 7 inch AMOLED to a Tablet-Pc manufacturer like Asus, Sony, etc. Industry insiders told us that Asus and Sony plans to use AMOLED for their Tablet-Pc products. Sony already use a 5 inch AMOLED for the Playstation Vita Gaming console.But its also possible that Samsung introduce a Galaxy Tab with a 7 inch AMOLED Display.This 7 inch AMOLED Panel from SMD features 400 nit brightness the 7.7 inch AMOLED has only 250 nit brightness.
