Samsung Mobile Display looking forward to increase pixel density in their AMOLED Displays

Samsung Mobile display continues to make progress increasing display pixel density in their AMOLED Displays.
At the moment the OLED panels from SMD can not reach the 327 ppi pixel density like Apples retina display.

At the IFA-2011 event Samsung showcased new panels a 7.7 inch AMOLED (Galaxy Tab 7.7) with 1280×800 Pixel with 170ppi and a 5.3 inch with 1280×800 pixel and 285ppi (Galaxy Note).

Super-Amoled displays with RGBG pentile are not the best solution because it had a characteristic grain in some circumstances. Also there were some issues with an offset pattern like RGBG and the UI direction Android was taking. Single pixel wide UI elements, solid primary colors and some text were the main culprits where RGBG could, without considerable scrutiny, look characteristically grainy.

But if the pixel density increases, these criticisms have been ameliorated.
