Today we got some info via Twitter that Samsung Mobile Display sold out all quantities of Super-Amoled to Apple for 2011. The source says also:
Samsung Wave and Samsung Galaxy S arent in production anymore. Samsung havent enough Amoleds. Samsung plant to switch to Super-LCD like HTC. This is a rumor we can believe, we think Samsung Mobile Display can deliver enought AMOLEDS in Mid 2011. In June 2011 the monthly capacity boosts from 3 Million Panels to 30 Million.
