Samsung Electronics president Shin Jong-kyun introduced the Galaxy Tab at the IFA-2010. Samsung want to expand the Tab linep to six and 10 inch models, mid next year with Super-Amoled displays.
This information comes from Shin himself at the IFA-2010 event.The new OLED Panel production line starts mid June 2011 and boost the capacity from 3 million to 30 million small panels per month.
The new production line is for small to medium sized panels. So we think that the 6 inch version of the Galaxy Tab will be introduced with AMOLED and the 10 inch with Super-Tft.
The Galaxy Tab goes on sale in Europe in October, Samsung introduce the Tab in the United States at 16 September in New York.
