Satechi introduced a external HDD which features a new securty system to protect your data. At the outside of the harddisk there is a capacitive touch keypad with an OLED Display.
The OLED Display show you how much space you have and if you want to access your data you have to insert your password there.
The password can be 4-8 characters long. The data on the drive is protected with AES 256-bit security in addition to the security that encrypts the stored password.
