
Sony shows a 11.7 inch OLED Display with oxide semiconductor TFTs as its driver elements at SID-2010.
With this technology Sony suggest a lifetime of 10 years or more.
The panel is developed from the research laboratory in Atsugi Kanagawa Japan.
The panel does have a 960×520 pixel resolution, brighntess 600 cd/m², contrast ratio of 1.000.000:1 or more, and 100% or higher color gamut vs NTSC.
The maximum screen luminance with an all-white signal is 200cd/m2.
