The journaldugeek shows some great pictures from the new Sony Walkman the X-series with a OLED screen (WQGA) 3 inch (432 × 240px).

There are some great pictures which shows the X-series in comparison with Cowon S9, Ipod Touch, Samsung P3 mp3/mp4 players.

The OLED screen is absolutely gorgeous with a very nice contrast and the colors are realistic. This screen is touch-sensitive, it is a capacitive touch (hard) that has an impressive response, at least equivalent to that of the iPod touch, even better!
