Samsung Mobile Display is ready to produce AMOLED Displays with 326ppi. This Super-Amoled-HD display has a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. To reach this goal Samsung must use Pentile technology like the Super-Amoled Display. In the next few months SMD want to develop also a Super-Amoled-HD panel without Pentile technology like the Super-Amoled-Plus in the Galaxy S2. Without Pentile technology you get 12 Subpixel more for sharpness and better contrast ratio.
