Synaptics has taken mobile phones to a whole new level with its new concept phone called Fuse.

Fuse is the first mobile phone wherein users can make commands just by squeezing, griping, flexing and tilting the phone. To enable these features, the device was built with the combination of the newest technologies available today such as multi-touch capacitive sensing, haptic feedback and proximity sensing. All of these technologies are possible in a mobile phone because of its 3.7 inch high resolution AMOLED display.

With these innovative features, the Fuse concept phone could amaze consumers all over the world; however, Synaptics announced that the gadget won't be available in the market. "It's not a product but a prototype that showcases a lot of key input technologies,” says Robyn Palmer, marketing specialist for Synaptics. “Our focus was on how to make mobile phones mobile again.”
