CMEL shows a 25-inch AMOLED WXGA and expand OLED production

Chi Mei EL Corporation (CMEL), a subsidiary of Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO), has announced that the company will invest NT$1 billion (US$30.6 million) to expand to a second OLED production line.
