iriver launch Libre e-book reader in Japan
Iriver Japan launch its electronic book (e-book) reader "Libre" in Japan within 2009.
The Libre is produced by PVI Prime View International LTD of Taiwan. The e-book reader is combined it with Foxit Software Company's software, such as the one that browses online news articles and converts them into PDF files.
The 6-inch e-paper display does have a 800x600 pixel resolution. The Libre does not have Wlan or something else. The commonucation and information must be transferred via USB or memory card. The price is about 310 US Dollar.

But this epaper can only show grayscale text and images.
