Itri Demonstrate a new flexible AMOLED Display

ITRI is showing a flexible 4.1 inch flexible AMOLED Display. The Taiwans Industrial Technology Research is announcing that this new prototype is more flexible and softer than the devices before.
John Chen, general director of the Display Technology Center at ITRI says also:

"We think OLED will work better than other technologies. There's no need for a backlight or a polarizer nor stacks of optical film," he added.

LG Display unveiled an e-book that is equipped with in-house developed solar cell.

The thin-film solar cell featured in the e-book measures 10 centimeters in width and length, it was developed to perfectly fit the 6-inch display panel for e-book currently mass produced by LG Display. The solar cell measures 0.7 millimeter in thickness and weighs a mere 20 grams, the less thickness of a credit card and the weight of a fountain pen.

The flexible OLED Laptop Rolltop

The video shows it all but the "laptop" has a flexible OLED display that is also capable of multitouch. When rolled out it becomes a 17-inch flat screen but can also be folded into a 13-inch tablet of sorts.
The device of the flexible display allows a new concept in notebook design growing out of the traditional bookformed laptop into unfurling and convolving portable computer.

On top of everything else all computer utilities from power supply through the holding belt to an interactive pen are integrated in Rolltop. This is really an all-in-one gadget.

Sony show 2.5 inch flexible OLED screen with 0.2mm thinness at CEATEC-2009

Sony will demonstrate a 2.5 inch flexible OLED screen prototype with 0.2mm thinness that incorporates a flexible organic thin film transistor to drive its display at CEATEC 2009 in Japan.
Sony does not show a new OLED Television prototype.

Sony is also showing some other interesting new technlogies at the CEATEC-2009 event in Japan:

High frame rate "MotionFlow"

Kodak show flexible OLED under water
