European developers are currently putting together a rich glossary of terms about the rising OLED technology. It is currently being created by partners of the OLED100.eu project. The glossary which will be published in the next weeks aims to bring to light to confusions about OLED terminologies. From differences between OLED tiles and OLED modules to defining the layer structure of OLED, the glossary will definitely make standards in defining all aspects about this fascinating technology.

The Stanford University have successfully developed a new concept with a few nanometer of graphene as transparent conductor for OLEDs.They demonstrate organic light-emitting diodes with solution-processed graphene thin film transparent conductive anodes. The graphene electrodes were deposited on quartz substrates by spin-coating of an aqueous dispersion of functionalized graphene, followed by a vacuum anneal step to reduce the sheet resistance.

OLEDNET completed their Annual Report of the OLED industry in 2009 wherein they also included their expectations for the year 2010.
