Seiko Epson plans to make 8-21 inch OLED panels

Japan's Seiko Epson Corp plans to make ultra-thin flat displays based on organic light-emitting diode technology (OLED) after it expanded the lifespan of the panels, a daily said on Sunday.

OSD Displays will discontinue its Large Molecule Organic LED module product line.
