Toshiba Mobile Display delay there plans to introduce a OLED mass production. Toshiba Mobile Display is a joint venture between Toshiba and Panasonic. Toshiba says the reason is the high demand on LCD Displays.
Masahiro Kume from TMD says:
“The plan (for mass-production) is currently frozen. We’ll review the production plan again from scratch,” Toshiba Mobile Display spokesman Masahiro Kume said.
