Universal Display Corporation, a key innovator behind today and tomorrow’s displays and lighting through its phosphorescent OLED technology, today announced that it will webcast its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders beginning at approximately 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time (1:15 p.m. Pacific Time) on Thursday, June 21, 2007. The Annual Meeting is being held at the Holiday Inn Philadelphia located at 4100 Presidential Blvd., Philadelphia, PA.

The formal portion of the meeting will be immediately followed by a management presentation. The presentation will be simultaneously broadcast live over the Internet through a webcast on the Company's website.
