The Koreatimes and JKnews are reporting that Samsung Mobile Display will begin mass producing the world's first touch function AMOLED panel starting in March. This product is known as Samsung's 3.3 inch WVGA (480X800) resolution AMOLED.

Samsung incorporated a 0.001-mm touch sensor in between the bottom polarizer film and an AMOLED substrate (mirror display) for the first time, eliminating the touchscreen glass cover and delivering brighter and crisper images than an LCD screen.
